Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, special measures are implemented to support weak students and ensure their academic growth. These measures include remedial classes held after college hours, where students receive additional instruction and personalized attention to help them grasp challenging concepts.
Students of Electrical Engineering today visited Vihaas Design Technologies in Solan for an industrial visit. During the visit, they gained valuable insights into cutting-edge design technologies and the practical applications of electrical engineering in the industry. The visit provided them with exposure to real-world engineering processes, helping bridge the gap between theoretical learning and industrial practices. This hands-on experience allowed the students to interact with professionals and understand the dynamics of working in a modern tech company.
An insightful session on 'Understanding Startups' by Prof. (Dr.) Jasgurpreet Singh Chohan at Bahra University! From idea validation to scaling, students gained valuable insights to fuel their entrepreneurial journey.
Insightful guest lecture by Mr. Bharat Bhushan from NAM IIT Gandhinagar on Smart Manufacturing 4.0! Students of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering gained knowledge on how Industry 4.0 technologies like IoT, AI, and robotics are transforming manufacturing.
Insightful guest lecture by Former Prof. (Dr.) P. K. Ahluwalia from H.P. University Shimla, sharing valuable knowledge on NEP 2020's focus on research, and the transition from theoretical to applied research. Encouraging students to explore interdisciplinary studies.
Empowering minds through AI & ML. A big thank you to Dr. Ankit Gupta and our esteemed faculty for an inspiring workshop that blended knowledge with hands-on experience. Together, we're shaping the future of technology.
With these measures in place, the IQAC is now fully functional and will continue to play a proactive role in quality assurance and institutional excellence.
